3-Month Challenge

Below are the challenge  options. Challenge ideas can also be suggested. The initial, one-hour visit is used for a briefing, to take initial, employee assessments and set goals. Two subsequent, one-hour, monthly visits are scheduled in to assess the team's performance using various tools. Prizes will be given to successful participants. Challenges are a great way for employees to compete and motivate each other.

The health benefits of weight loss will be discussed. We'll take measurements, devise a suitable nutrition and lifestyle plan for weight loss and assess progress.
