What you'll need...

2 tablespoons spirulina

1 handful organic spinach

½ banana

½ cup raspberries

2 teaspoons mixed seeds

1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds

½ cup kefir

1 cup filtered water

To prepare...
  1. Mix all ingredients together in a blender

  2. Blend for 3 minutes until smooth

  3. Refrigerate for 1 hour

Berry Bliss

½ cup blueberries

½ cup blackberries

2 tablespoons hemp protein powder

1 handful organic spinach

½ banana

10 almonds

1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds

½ cup kefir

1 cup filtered water

To prepare...
  1. Mix all ingredients together in a blender

  2. Blend for 3 minutes until smooth

  3. Refrigerate for 1 hour

2 small uncooked beets

½ teaspoon ground ginger

2 tablespoons collagen protein powder

1 handful organic kale

½ banana

10 walnuts

1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds

½ cup kefir

1 cup filtered water

To prepare...
  1. Mix all ingredients together in a blender

  2. Blend for 3 minutes until smooth

  3. Refrigerate for 1 hour
