I really liked that the 10-Day Detox Program was about making healthy changes rather than calorie counting, fasting or deprivation. It felt doable from the beginning and having a shopping list and daily eating plan made it so easy to follow. I was introduced to new recipes that were simple and delicious! Michelle was supportive along the way, always checking in and offering suggestions to get past my sugar cravings. Michelle worked with Citywire for 3 full days, starting with an open talk for employees followed by one-to-one sessions with a variety of people within the business.

The talk was interactive and informative, with healthy rewards keeping the audience engaged and motivated! Despite a few interruptions in the form of a fire alarm, Michelle kept really focused and the extent of her knowledge was clear throughout the talk.

Michelle was superbly prepared for the individual sessions, taking time to understand the needs of each person through a pre-completed questionnaire. She was prepared with both ideas and materials to inform people and get the best solutions for their nutritional needs.

 

Michelle was very easy to work with and her manner suited Citywire really well. We would happily engage her to work with us again in the future.
