Frequently asked questions

How many sessions will I need?

This depends on the individual. We can determine this on the discovery call.

When will I notice a change?

Everyone is unique, some might respond quicker than others. This will really depend on your adherence to the programme. As a general guidance, you should start noticing a difference after 2 weeks.

Will there be support in between sessions?

Yes! It is encouraged to provide updates on progress regularly via WhatsApp/ text or we may need to have a quick call every week to see how it's going.

Are the packages refundable?

Unfortunately not, but the sessions are specifically tailored to the individual's needs.

Who will my session be with?

Your session will be held with Michelle Boehm, a BANT registered nutritionist and registered nutritional therapist and health coach, specialising in gut health.

Can I purchase more sessions if needed?

Yes. As each individual is unique, it may take longer to manifest change. Additional sessions are charged at the individual package price per session.

Can I arrange a stool test without consulting with Michelle?

Unfortunately not, you will need to order the test through Michelle, as practitioner. The test results will be sent directly to Michelle for analysing.
